Re-live the Royal Experience of the Maharajas of Rajasthan, who, in times gone by toured their kingdoms in lavish private rail cars. The Palace on Wheels offers 8 days/7 nights of sheer luxury as you take in the sites of historic Rajasthan including the pink city of Jaipur, the jewel of the desert, Jaisalmer, city of lakes and palaces, Udaipur, as well as Agra's Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world.

The Train
Palace on Wheels comprises of 14 coaches including two restaurant Maharaja and Maharani and a bar lounge.
Accommodation
Fourteen saloons with heritage ambiance and decor
Each saloon has a capacity to accommodate eight guests in four bedrooms with two bathrooms on sharing basis.
Each compartment has an attached bath with running hot/cold water and showers, built-in wardrobes, overhead and night lights, piped music, reading lights.

Departures
Palace on Wheels is a weekly departure from September through April. It departs from Delhi on every Wednesday.
Trains departs at 18:00 passengers must report at 16.30 at Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station where all clients will have a welcome reception.
No services from May to August
