Graeme has a long history of travel related management acumen and significant skills in the area of governance, strategic planning, performance management, public relations, and digital marketing. Previous senior management roles have been in multi-site New Zealand wide wholesale and retail companies in owner-operator, franchise and public company environments. Bill now concentrates on working on the business after many years of being a "hands on" Travel Designer specifically in the corporate travel sector. Larry has been involved in travel since 1985. Through their holding company Tourism Development Ltd, Larry and his wife Linda own inbound tour company South Pacific Travellers World Ltd. They are also 50% owners in Queenstown Travel & Visitor Centre Ltd which encompasses World Travellers Queenstown, World Travellers Christchurch City, New Zealand Vacations and Queenstown I-site. Graham has been involved in the travel industry since leaving school. In 1984 he started his own business, Elliott Travel, in Gisborne which he still owns, operates and works in "hands on" as a travel consultant. A former director of a large NZ travel franchise, Graham now enjoys working with his codirectors at World Travellers to provide solutions that will benefit the cooperative. The current board of World Travellers Ltd is made up primarily of the owners and managing directors of the founding World Travellers member stores. The chairman is independent. Directors are voted onto the board by the shareholders. Every World Travellers store holds an equal shareholding in World Travellers Ltd, and therefore has equal voting rights.

Craig is based in Rotorua and comes from an Industrial management background. He joined the travel industry in 1996 through the purchase of Galaxy Travel. Through a number of directorships in both travel and general business, Craig bring a wide range of governance experience to World Travellers.
