Kirsten has a huge passion for travel and her first major international trip saw her living in, and travelling throughout America, which just gave her a desire to see more of the world. She has to date visited 17 countries, but this is only a start, with a desire to visit many more.
Kirsten’s travel career started in the contact centre at Air New Zealand, where she assisted passengers ‘to make their dreams come true’. She has a passion for providing outstanding customer service, meeting all her customers travel needs.
Her next step in her travel career saw her moving further south and working in a travel agency. She discovered her passion for selling cruises and enjoyed the closer relationships that were built with clients and the greater ability to provide a full experience for clients.
Returning to Auckland, saw Kirsten returning to a role in the contact centre, this time at Qantas, where she was a Senior Consultant. In this role, Kirsten assisted in all aspects of a customer’s journey and was a technical specialist and trainer.
Kirsten is passionate about travel and is excited to move into the Corporate sector. She looks forward to building close relationships with our clients, and providing outstanding management of all your travel needs.
