Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Delhi
On arrival at the airport, meet your Tour Manager who will assist you to transfer to the hotel. Stay two nights in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi 
Enjoy breakfast followed by a briefing before starting the full day sightseeing of Delhi. Visit Jama Masjid, Qutab Minar, India Gate and explore Chandni Chowk bazaar by rickshaw. (B,D)

Day 3: Delhi – Varanasi 
Transfer to board the morning train to Varanasi. Evening witness the breath-taking Ganga Aarti ceremony. Stay two nights in Varanasi. (B,D)

Day 4: Varanasi 
An early morning start for a heritage walk and sunrise boat ride on the Ganges to witness the perpetual movement of the pilgrims on the steps. After breakfast enjoy a city tour and then take an excursion to Sarnath where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon at the deer park after his enlightenment. Later we explore the silk weaving village observing the art of silk weaving and shop for beautiful souvenirs. (B,D)

Day 5: Varanasi – Lucknow
Travel to Lucknow, known as ’The City of Nawabs’, this bustling city is home to exceptional Islamic and British Rajera architecture, some fascinating bazaars and amazing food, and is truly a unique mix of the ancient and the modern. In the evening enjoy a walking food tour which allows you to hop in, hop-out of the world-famous traditional roadside eateries. Stay two nights in Lucknow. (B,D)

Day 6: Lucknow 
Enjoy a city sightseeing tour and visit Bada Imambara, a famous monument of Lucknow, Government Museum. In the afternoon visit a chikan workshop that will mesmerise you as you watch skilled workers delicately working in unique styles and stitches on very light cotton cloths. Also, take a leisure walk in Hazrat Ganj and Aminabad’s local bazaar. (B,D)

Day 7: Lucknow – Agra 
After breakfast travel to Agra, home of the Taj Mahal. Visit to a marble inlay workshop to see artisans creating a masterpiece in marble and precious gemstones. Stay overnight in Agra. (B,D) 

Day 8: Agra – Jaipur 
Early morning visit the Taj Mahal, the world’s greatest monument of love and devotion with its superb craftsmanship of semi-precious stones inlaid into the marble in beautiful patterns. After breakfast visit the impressive 16th century Agra Fort a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Travel to Jaipur, famous for colourful markets filled with textiles, jewellery and fantastic souvenirs. Stay two nights in Jaipur. (B,D)

Day 9: Jaipur 
Start a full-day sightseeing tour with an excursion to the majestic Amber Fort, constructed from yellow and pink sandstone and gleaming white marble. Back in the city, photo stop at Hawa Mahal or Palace of Winds and visit City Palace Museum. Late afternoon
women will have Heena painting, and men will learn the art of Rajasthani Turban tying. Enjoy exploring the local bazaar in the evening. (B,D)

Day 10: Jaipur – Jodhpur 
Today drive to Jodhpur, a bustling desert city the second-largest city in Rajasthan with a landscape dominated by the massive Mehrangarh Fort atop a sheer rocky ridge. Evening free to explore the Sadar Bazaar famous for glass bangles, rugged camel leather mojari slippers and incredible fabrics. Stay two nights in Jodhpur. (B,D)

Day 11: Jodhpur Sightseeing 
Morning enjoy a city tour and visit Mehrangarh Fort nestled atop a hill, at a height of 410 ft above the city, and stands as a majestic citadel of colossal proportions also go to Jaswant Thada, an imposing marble cenotaph. (B,D) 

Day 12: Jodhpur – Udaipur 
Drive to Udaipur and en-route visit Ranakpur, renowned for its Jain temples with intricately carved marble pillars and domes believed to have been built in 1439 AD. The temple rests on 1444 elegantly carved pillars no two pillars are identical. Stay two
nights in Udaipur. (B,D)

Day 13: Udaipur Sightseeing 
Start your full-day sightseeing tour with visit to City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Museum, Jag Mandir, Saheliyon-Ki-Bari and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir which is an Indian folk-art museum. Conclude your evening with a boat ride on Lake Pichola. (B,D)

Day 14: Udaipur – Mumbai 
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before the transfer to board your flight to Mumbai. On arrival transfer to the hotel, the remaining day is free to relax. Stay three nights in Mumbai. (B,D)

Day 15: Dharavi Slum & City Tour 
In the morning we enjoy a city sightseeing tour of Mumbai and visit, the Gateway of India, Hanging Garden and Dhobi Ghat. Our afternoon visit to Dharavi demonstrates why it is the heart of a small-scale industry in Mumbai. Many people know Dharavi as the ‘largest slum in Asia’, but there is much more to this historic area of Mumbai than poverty. This place is the best example of multicultural and multireligious as the temples, mosques and churches stand side by side. (B,D)

Day 16: Elephanta & Bazaar 
We enjoy an excursion to Elephanta Island and visit beautiful caves dating back to the 5th Century. On our return we explore Crawford Markets, having goodies for everyone that bring back childhood memories no matter where you were born. (B,D)

Day 17: Mumbai Departure 
After breakfast tour finishes with a direct transfer to Mumbai airport. (B)
