Day 1: Arrive Hanoi
Upon your arrival in Hanoi, transfer to your hotel.
Day 2: Sapa
Rise early for the drive to Sapa, a mountain town located among green hills and valleys. Here, visit a market and admire locally-made handicrafts.
Day 3: Sapa
Enjoy a full day in Sapa. Get to know the area and the locals on your Insider Experience.
Day 4: Sapa, Hanoi
Drive back to Hanoi and enjoy time at leisure before your Insider Experience this evening.
Day 5: Hanoi
Take in Hanoi on a guided sightseeing tour, including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and historic Ba Dinh Square. Afterwards, an Insider Experience awaits. For dinner, perhaps choose from one of our select dining experiences.
Day 6: Hanoi, Ha Long Bay
After breakfast, travel to Ha Long. Set off cruising and explore the mysterious Trinh Nu Cave.
Day 7: Ha Long Bay
This morning, explore Ho Ba Ham area by kayak. Later today, visit the Cua Van Floating Culture Centre, located in a unique fishing village. A dinner back on board is yours to savour this evening.
Day 8: Ha Long Bay, Hoi An
Explore Sung Sot Cave this morning before docking back at Ha Long. Travel to Hanoi airport for your included flight to Da Nang, then transfer to your Hoi An hotel.
Day 9: Hoi An
Make the most of your day today in Hoi An with your Insider Experience.
Day 10: Hoi An
Spend the day at leisure. Perhaps partake in a select experience and enjoy an Eco Tour or visit the Golden Bridge.
Day 11: Hoi An, Hue
Continue to Hue and visit the Imperial City, renowned for its impressive architecture and landscaping.
Day 12: Hue, Ho Chi Minh City
Fly to Ho Chi Minh City and transfer to your hotel. Tonight, enjoy a delicious dinner.
Day 13: Cu Chi Tunnels, Ho Chi Minh City
Visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, an elaborate tunnel network built by Vietnamese resistance fighters during the war. Return to Ho Chi Minh City where you may wish to enjoy a select dining experience.
Day 14: Ho Chi Minh City, Embark Ship
Transfer to My Tho Port to board your river ship in time for a tasty dinner. The RV Apsara will be your home for the next seven nights.
Day 15: Cai Be, Sa Dec
Today, visit Cai Be and a rice paper manufacturer. After lunch, take a boat ride to Sa Dec for a walking tour of this quaint city.
Day 16: Tan Chau, Border Crossing
Go ashore to Tan Chau for a rickshaw tour and visit a small island. Later, relax as you cruise to the Cambodian border.
Day 17: Phnom Penh
Take a sobering excursion to the Killing Fields and the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum to learn about local history. Later, tour Phnom Penh, including the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda.
Day 18: Oudong, Koh Chen
Disembark and travel by coach to Oudong for your Insider Experience. Then continue to Koh Chen to see the open-air copperware workshops.
Day 19: Oknha Tey
Disembark for a village tour of Oknha Tey, known for its traditional silk weaving. Set sail for Angkor Ban this afternoon.
Day 20: Angkor Ban, Kampong Cham
Enjoy an immersive tour of Angkor Ban today, one of the few traditional villages that has remained preserved after the Khmer Rouge regime. After lunch, your Insider Experience awaits.
Day 21: Disembark Ship at Kampong Cham, Siem Reap, Angkor
Disembark in Kampong Cham and transfer your hotel. Later, enjoy an Insider Experience. Visit Ta Prohm, a temple immersed in the jungle and shrouded in a mysterious atmosphere.
Day 22: Siem Reap, Angkor
Explore Angkor Archaeological Park and visit the temple Bayon before sunset at Angkor Wat. Tonight, enjoy local flavours during your Farewell Dinner.
Day 23: Depart Siem Reap
Your trip ends today after breakfast.
