Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Vancouver
Arrive in Vancouver and be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day to yourself, to relax or explore as you please.
Day 2: Vancouver, Embark Ship
Head to the harbour where your ship awaits, and take a moment to settle in.
Day 3: The Inside Passage
Your day is enjoyed on board. Take in coastal views or relax and enjoy the facilities.
Day 4: Ketchikan
Dock in Ketchikan today, set on the tranquil shores of the Tongass Narrows, and spend some time exploring as you please.
Day 5: Juneau
Disembark in Alaska’s picturesque capital, set along the Gastineau Channel, and spend your time exploring at leisure or with an optional excursion (own expense).
Day 6: Skagway
Arriving in Skagway, a delightful frontier-style atmosphere is still evident in the colourful heritage buildings.
Day 7: Glacier Bay National Park
You might need to pinch yourself this morning – wake to the World Heritage-listed Glacier Bay National Park. Take in the calving tidewater glaciers and learn from local rangers about the area's geological wonders.
Day 8: College Fjord
Cruise amid the stunning setting of the five tidewater glaciers of College Fjord.
Day 9: Whittier, Disembark Ship, Anchorage, Talkeetna
Travel to Anchorage and journey on to Talkeetna.
Day 10: Talkeetna
Breakfast is at a leisurely pace today, with the Alaska Range set in the background. Then, a Freedom of Choice activity is waiting.
Day 11: Talkeetna, Denali National Park
Board the deluxe dome railcars of the McKinley Explorer train and travel to Denali National Park. Arrive at your resort in time for dinner at your chosen restaurant.
Day 12: Denali National Park
After today’s activity, look forward to a free evening.
Day 13: Denali National Park, Fairbanks
After a morning at leisure in Denali National Park, travel to Fairbanks, Alaska’s Golden Heart City.
Day 14: Fairbanks
Cruise the Chena River aboard a sternwheeler and travel back to a time when riverboats filled Alaska’s waterways. Later, take a trip through Alaska’s gold rush history as you travel along the Tanana Valley Railroad to Gold Dredge 8. Enjoy a farewell dinner.
Day 15: Depart Fairbanks
Be transferred to the airport after breakfast.
