Day 1: Drawaqa Island
Depart from Port Denarau and cruise north to the beautiful Drawaqa Island. Get some sand between your toes and enjoy some beach time this afternoon. On return to the ship, join a marine biologist in the Lounge to discover more about local marine life, vibrant coral reefs and the vital conservation work taking place in the Yasawa Islands. Afterwards, raise a glass during happy hour on the Sun Deck where complimentary sparkling wine and canapes set the tone for mingling with fellow guests. The evening continues with the Captain's Welcome a la carte dinner, followed by our 'Song Facts' quizz night - your chance to test your music knowledge and take home bragging rights and prizes!
Day 2: Somosomo
After breakfast, join the Captain for a map reading and chart plotting before heading to shore for a morning of swimming, snorkeling - or between May and October - when tides allow, go in search of an unforgettable encounter with manta rays. Enjoy lunch back onboard, then this afternoon take the opportunity to visit a local school for a memorable cultural experience. Return to the ship for afternoon tea, and as the sun dips towards the horizon, we set course for our overnight anchorage at Somosomo. On arrival, toast the view with happy hour on the Sun Deck, then emmerse yourself in our vibrant Bollywood night - complete with a traditional Indian thali buffet dinner and lively evening entertainment.
Day 3: Sawa-I-Lau and Blue Lagoon
Enjoy breakfast with stunning views as we sail to the sacred Sawa-I-Lau caves - limestone caves are an unforgettable experience. Swim in the impressive cavern and those that are brave enough can choose to enter the secondary cave via an underwater tunnel.
In the late morning we will cruise to the famous Blue Lagoon and our private beach on picturesque Nanuya Lai Lai Island. Here, the ship will moor to a coconut tree, giving you the unique chance to leap from the back of the vessel and swim ashore. Fill your afternoon with optional activities such as snorkeling, fish feeding, volleyball, water aerobics, or a traditional coconut husking demonstration. As the sun sets, join us for happy hour on the beach, followed by a meke performance and traditional kava ceremony. Tonight, savour a Fijian feast with a lovo dinner - a meal cooked in an underground fire pit - served under the stars.
Day 4: Yalobi Bay
This morning, join your fellow cruisers for a guided stroll across the island to the much-loved Lo's Tea House - famous for its homemade treats and warm island charm. Then it's back to the beach for more sun, sand and swimming before tucking into a BBQ lunch served under the trees. After lunch, we cruise to the golden sands of Sunset beach and enjoy afternoon tea en route. As the day cools, take an evening dip in the crystal-clear water, then savour a South Pacific-themed buffet dinner on the Sun Deck (weather permitting). Cap it all off by hitting the dance floor for disco night!
Day 5: Port Denarau
Savour your final breakfast onboard as we make our way back to Port Denarau. On arrival the crew will bid you a heartfelt farewell with the traditional Isa Lei song - a touching end to your unforgettable journey through the beautiful Yasawa Islands.
