    Itinerary

    Day 1: Istanbul
    23 April 2027

    Welcome to Türkiye. On arrival in Istanbul, you'll be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to explore this fascinating city at your own pace. Wander through the historic Sultanahmet district, browse the stalls of the Grand Bazaar or soak up the aromas of the Egyptian Spice Market. This evening, meet your fellow travellers during a welcome gathering before the journey to Gallipoli begins.

    Day 2: ANZAC Eve – Gallipoli

    After a leisurely morning in Istanbul, travel to the Gallipoli Peninsula. Along the way, there will be time to stop for refreshments and prepare for the evening ahead. Upon arrival, receive important information regarding meeting points following the commemorative services. Before night falls, explore ANZAC Cove, memorials and battlefield sites before joining thousands of visitors for the moving ANZAC Eve vigil at the Dawn Service site.

    Day 3: ANZAC Day - Gallipoli

    At first light, gather for the ANZAC Day Dawn Service, a powerful and unforgettable commemoration. Following the service, there may be an opportunity to pay respects at the ANZAC Memorial. Australians can attend the Lone Pine Memorial Service, while New Zealanders may choose to join the service at Chunuk Bair. Later in the day, depart Gallipoli and return to Istanbul, reflecting on the significance of the events and places experienced throughout the day.

    Please note: National memorial services at Lone Pine and Chunuk Bair for 2027 are subject to confirmation.

    26 April 2027

    After breakfast, you may wish to join an included cruise along the Bosphorus Strait, where Europe and Asia meet. Enjoy views of Istanbul's skyline, historic landmarks and waterfront residences before returning to the hotel. The tour concludes at midday, marking the end of a meaningful ANZAC Day experience in Türkiye.
