Vancouver Island is an adventure capital with activities galore. An amazing way to get here is by floatplane! Talk to Michelle, she has done it. Awesome views over the city. The difference in price is minimal, only about $27 as opposed to going by ferry both ways. The Butchart Gardens on the island are world famous and well worth a visit. 55 acres of stunning floral displays. Such dedication to keeping the gardens pristine could not see a weed in sight. High Tea at the Empress is another must do. This has been around for over 100 years. Think gorgeous heritage building, fancy food & endless tea – you don’t go away hungry.
