Captain Cook cruises in Fiji
We took our 10 and 7 year olds and right from the moment you check in the kids are taken care of by a Fijian crew that all seem to have a smile wider than the Grand Canyon !!
You then get to spend the next 3 days doing as much or as little as you want. From the handcraft market to the school visit, from the stunning snorkelling to the kids club there is just so much for the kids to see & do on Captain Cook that they seem to fall into bed each night and are asleep within seconds !
But don’t just take it from me heres what some of the kids had to say :
Abby Forrest Chambers (10) Going to the village and the school was cool as it was a new experience and we got to see a different culture.
Brett Tindle (10) The snorkelling was incredible & there were heaps of different fish.
Eva Forrest Chambers (7) The swimming pool was open all day so we could swim when we wanted
Sofya Vickers (13) The glass bottom boat was the best and then they showed you how to snorkel and dive properly
Some helpful hints that we found really made our holiday
1) Book an interconnecting cabin
Its so much more pleasant when the kids have their own room own shower and their own space.
2) Make the most of the kids club and the special kids dinnertime.
3) Bring heaps of sunscreen, hats, your own drink bottle and leave your worries behind
So if you are after a trip where you have a blast and can still relax with the kids then give me a call or email and I would be happy to share my experiences and some further tips for a great family getaway.
